According to The Wall Street Journal, "The S&P/Case-Shiller home-price index is expected to reflect the continuing toll exacted by the deflating housing bubble. J.P. Morgan estimates that the October year-over-year decline will be 18.2%. In September, the 20-city composite index fell 17.4% from a year earlier."
