Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) Raised to Buy with $52 Target at Argus.
BP plc (NYSE: BP) Cut to Hold at RBS.
Broadcom Corporation (NASDAQ: BRCM) Added to Conviction Buy List at Goldman Sachs.
CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: CX) Cut to Hold at Deutsche Bank.
Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) Cut to Market Perform at BMO.
EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC) Raised to Buy and $25 target at Deutsche Bank.
First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR) Started as Underweight at JPMorgan.
Fortune Brands, Inc. (NYSE: FO) Cut to Neutral at Baird.
Rackspace Hosting, Inc (NYSE: RAX) Maintained Outperform and target raised to $26 at Oppenheimer.
RF Micro Devices Inc. (NASDAQ: RFMD) Cut to Hold at Needham.
Triquint Semiconductor, Inc. (NASDAQ: TQNT)  Cut to Hold at Needham.
