Baidu Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU) cut to Underperform at Credit Suisse.

DirecTV Group Inc. (NASDAQ: DTV) cut to Neutral at JPMorgan.

Eli Lilly & Co. (NYSE: LLY) raised to Neutral at Goldman Sachs and maintained Neutral but raised target to $59 at Credit Suisse.

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) reiterated Buy with $61 target at Argus.

EverBank Financial Corp. (NYSE: EVER) started as Buy with $16 target at Goldman Sachs.
