We are tracking many key movers in the after-hours trading this Thursday. Most are earnings but some are not.

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: MDRX) is up over 7% at $13.20 on about 150,000 shares after earnings. The real news is that it has settled legal actions with Aprima and is exploring strategic alternatives.

Amarin Corp. PLC (NASDAQ: AMRN) posted an adjusted loss of -$0.26 EPS on no revenues but its pipeline and development update has investors buying the stock. Shares are up over 6% at $10.89 on more than 42,000 shares.

Groupon Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) is taking the social out of couponing if the reaction to its earnings is any indication. The company’s stock is down 16% at $3.29 on 2.4 million shares since the 4PM closing bell. Maybe they aren’t drinking beer on the conference call.

Kayak Software Corp. (NASDAQ: KYAK) is being acquired for $40 per share by Priceline.com (NASDAQ: PCLN). Shares are up over 26% at $39.05 on 120,000 shares since the closing bell. Other online travel sites are mixed. Expedia Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPE) is down almost 5% at $55.30 on some 270,000 shares since the closing bell. Orbitz Worldwide Inc. (NYSE: OWW) is up[ almost 11% at $2.35 in the after-hours. TripAdvisor Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIP) is down 45 at $32.75 on 475,000 share since the closing bell.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: LGF) is surging after the film company posted earnings of $0.53 EPS. Shares are up over 8% at $15.79 on more than 40,000 shares.

Molycorp Inc. (NYSE: MCP) managed a narrower than expected loss and investors are looking past its revenues being a tad light. This is the only production scale rare earth minerals player in the U.S. so investors are trying to take a dive for value here. Molycorp closed down over 3% today at $8.68 but the stock is up 7% at $9.29 in the after-hours. Be advised that this hit a 52-week low today.

Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA) is down over 8% at $18.45 in the after-hours after posting a small loss of -$0.01 EPS.

Spreadtrum Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRD) turned in $0.56 EPS and revenue was better but the guidance was not much better in the fourth quarter. Shares are down 11% at $18.98 on more than 25,000 shares since the close.

Zipcar Inc. (NASDAQ: ZIP) are surging after better than expected earnings. This one was way down from its highs, so the move is looking extreme. Shares are up 25.6% at $7.59 on more than 30,000 shares since the close.
