February 2, 2015: Here are four stocks among the 144 equities making new 52-week lows today.

Beazer Homes USA Inc. (NYSE: BZH) dropped more than 9% on Monday to post a new 52-week low of $14.20 after closing at $15.80 on Friday. The stock’s 52-week high is $23.98. Share volume was more than 3-times the daily average of around 620,000 shares traded. The homebuilding company had no specific news today.

Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) dropped nearly 12% on Monday to post a new 52-week low of $21.15. The stock’s 52-week high is $28.37. Volume was more than 6-times the daily average of 1.7 million shares. The company reported weak results this morning.

Qualcomm Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM) dropped less than 1% on Monday to establish a new 52-week low at $62.26 against a high of $81.97. Volume was about 50% above the daily average of around 12 million shares. The chipmaker started out slow on lingering questions about the impact of Samsung’s decision to cut its business with the company, but shares finished the day up nearly 5% on a report that a new Microsoft phone will use the chip.

SouFun Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: SFUN) posted a new 52-week low on Monday of $5.98. Based on Friday night’s closing price of $6.11 that’s a drop of about 2.1%. The stock’s 52-week high is $19.94. Volume is about equal to the daily average of around 5.9 million shares. The Chinese real-estate and home improvement portal website had no specific news today.
