For the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2018, and for the three months ended March 31, 2018 and 2019, we incurred net losses of $47.0 million, $62.0 million, $12.2 million, and $13.7 million, respectively. For the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2018, and for the three months ended March 31, 2018 and 2019, our Adjusted EBITDA was $(35.4) million, $(38.1) million, $(9.3) million, and $(6.7) million, respectively.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
