Canalys: Apple’s share of China smartphones fell 18% last quarter

That’s not what Canalys told us last month.
From a Canalys mailblast Wednesday:
We’ve had many requests for our latest China smartphone market share numbers in the last day, so making sure you have them to hand.
(This was from our release with the final quarterly and annual estimates 28th Jan.)
India is here. And we released a Thailand PR earlier today. Keep an eye out for more to come.
My take: These are new numbers. I wrote up the Jan. 28 press release referred to above. That spreadsheet (below) covered the year 2018. Today’s spreadsheet covers the December 2018 quarter.
