These are some of the top analyst upgrades, downgrades and initiations seen in Wall St. research calls this Wednesday.

Allstate Corp. (NYSE: ALL) reiterated Buy but raised target to $46 at Argus, and named as Bull of the Day at Zacks.

AOL Inc. (NYSE: AOL) cut to Underperform at CLSA.

ArcelorMittal (NYSE: MT) raised to Buy at BofA/ML, raised to Buy at Soc-Gen and cut to Sell from Neutral at UBS.

E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. (NYSE: DD), or DuPont, cut to Underperform as Bear of the Day at Zacks.

E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc. (NYSE: DANG) started as Neutral at JPMorgan.

Express Scripts Holding Co. (NASDAQ: ESRX) maintained Buy but removed from Conviction Buy List at Goldman Sachs.

Halcon Resources Corp. (NYSE: HK) started as Buy at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

HCA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HCA) raised to Buy at Goldman Sachs.

Higher One Holdings. Inc. (NYSE: ONE) cut to Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) cut to Sell from Neutral at Goldman Sachs and cut to Neutral at BofA/ML.

STEC Inc. (NASDAQ: STEC) cut to Neutral at Lazard.

Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE: TWC) reiterated Buy with $100 target at Argus.

TreeHouse Foods Inc. (NYSE: THS) cut to Underperform at Credit Suisse.

WellPoint Inc. (NYSE: WLP) cut to Underperform at BofA/ML.

Westport Innovations Inc. (NASDAQ: WPRT) started as Sell at Goldman Sachs.
