Movie Gallery (MOVI) Goes Chapter 11

According to The Wall Street Journal, Movie Gallery (MOVI) has filed for Chapter 11 "under a pre-negotiated deal with key creditors that would convert $400 million of debt into equity and could leave shareholders with a 2% stake in the reorganized company."
