Radiant Systems (RADS) Down Over 20% On Earnings

Radiant Systems (RADS), a leading provider of innovative technology for the hospitality and retail industries, reported total revenues for the third quarter period were $62.5 million, an increase of 9 percent over revenues of $57.6 million for the same period in 2006.

Net income for the period was $2.9 million or $0.09 per diluted share, an increase of $0.5 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared to the same period in 2006.

According to Reuters, the figures were light on the top line, and the shares are off 20% to $14.
