- Janus Capital (NYSE: JNS) raised to market perform at FBR.
- Interpublic (NYSE: IPG) started as Buy at UBS.
- Lowe’s (NYSE: LOW) & Home Depot (NYSE: HD) both started as Overweight at Lehman Brothers; both shares indicated about 1% higher.
