Colman Andrews is a writer and senior editor at 24/7 Tempo, specializing in food and other lifestyle topics. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in history and philosophy from UCLA, and was a co-founder and editor-in-chief of Saveur, a restaurant columnist for Gourmet, and the vice-president and founding editorial director of TheDailyMeal.com. He is the author of nine books on food, and the winner of eight James Beard Awards. He has been a writer and editor for 24/7 Wall St. and 24/7 Tempo since 2018.

A native of Los Angeles, he now lives in Connecticut.
