Attovia Therapeutics priced 17 million shares at $17 each on August 5, 2026, raising $289 million in one of the largest biotech IPOs of the year. The deal stands out in a market where large biotech capital raises have been relatively scarce, signaling that investors with conviction in the right science can still unlock substantial funding even in a cautious environment.
The company focuses on multispecific antibody development, a class of engineered proteins designed to engage more than one target simultaneously — an approach that has drawn significant scientific and commercial interest across the industry. Morgan Stanley, Leerink, Citigroup, and RBC Capital Markets ran the books, a roster of lead underwriters that reflects the seriousness of the offering and gives Attovia broad institutional distribution.
