Glaukos reported Q2 2026 revenue of $185.61 million, blowing past the $150.97 million consensus estimate by roughly 23%. The quarter was driven by iDose TR, which crossed $74 million in sales, and the newly launched Epioxa, which added $11 million in early commercial traction. On the bottom line, the company posted a loss of $0.14 per share against an estimated loss of $0.22, a beat of about 37%.

The strength of the quarter gave management enough confidence to raise full-year revenue guidance by $45 million, setting the new outlook at $680 to $700 million. That upward revision reflects the acceleration visible in the revenue trend: quarterly sales have climbed from $95.69 million in Q2 2024 to $185.61 million in Q2 2026, a near-doubling over two years.
