Solstice Advanced Materials posted Q2 2026 earnings per share of $0.88 against a consensus estimate of $0.77, a beat of roughly 14%. Revenue came in at $1.148 billion, clearing estimates of about $1.079 billion by more than 6%. The results mark a sharp rebound from the Q4 2025 quarter, when the company reported $0.26 per share against an estimate of $0.36, and extend the positive momentum that began with a modest beat in Q1 2026.

Management followed the strong print by raising its full-year guidance, pointing to double-digit growth in its refrigerants business and in nuclear energy markets as the drivers. The company is also moving ahead with its acquisition of Element Solutions, a deal framed as a way to deepen its exposure to AI-related and semiconductor-driven demand — two markets where specialty materials suppliers have seen growing interest from customers.
