About Robin Energy

Robin Energy Ltd. is an international ship-owning company providing energy transportation services globally. The company was incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands in September 2024 as a subsidiary of Toro Corp. and was spun off as an independent publicly traded company on April 14, 2025, trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol 'RBNE'. Robin acquires, owns, charters and operates LPG carrier vessels engaged in the worldwide seaborne transportation of liquefied petroleum gas. The current fleet consists of two 5,000 cbm LPG carriers — LPG Dream Syrax (built 2015, Japan) and LPG Dream Terrax (built 2020, Japan) — deployed under period time charters. The company previously operated a Handysize tanker vessel (M/T Wonder Mimosa) which was sold in April 2026. Robin's commercial strategy focuses on deploying its fleet under a mix of pools, voyage charters and time charters depending on market conditions. Ship management and chartering services are provided by Castor Ships S.A., a related party controlled by the company's Chairman and CEO Petros Panagiotidis. The company has also adopted a Bitcoin treasury framework, holding approximately 44 Bitcoin on its balance sheet, and in September 2026 invested in senior secured convertible loan notes issued by IntegrEn Limited, a developer of digital infrastructure and energy generation assets.
