Goldman Sachs changed estimates in the human resource and job seeking services operators:  Raised estimates on Kforce (KFRC), MPS (MPS), Robert Half (RHI); Lowered estimates on Kelly (KELYA), Manpower (MAN).

Goldman downgraded Yahoo! (YHOO) to Neutral; trimmed earnings estimates on from $0.91 to $0.86, but next year is now $1.06 instead of $0.96.

Recent IPO Isilon (ISLN) started as Neutral, not any great coverege elsewhere either.

Goldman Sachs also raised estimates on SSeagate (STX), Sun Micro (SUNW), Coach (COH), Raymond James (RJF), Blackrock (BLK), Hyperion Solutions (HYSL).  It further trimmed estimates on Kinder Morgan Mgmt. (KMR), Kinder Morgan Partners (KMP), UAL (UAUA), AMD (AMD), Citrix (CTXS), Zions Bancorp (ZION), National City (NCC), J&J (JNJ), CSG Systems (CSGS), Broadcom (BRCM), QLogic (QLGC), Tellabs (TLAB).

Goldman believes the State of the Union speech was mildly bullish for energy; mainly on the expansion of SPR, maintains a Neutral rating coverage on the sector; thinks new fuel standards will take some time to lower growth rates in oil.  They also think corn-based ethanol cannot come close to fulfilling target cuts on oil.

Bank of America (BAC) maintained Buy.
