Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: MRVL) is down nearly 7% premarket on heavy volume to $17.05, relative to a 52-week range of $17.78-$18.42. The circuit-maker issued quarterly profits below market expectations.

ZST Digital Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZSTN) is up 24% premarket on heavy volume to $7.32, relative to a 52-week range of $4.43-$10.38. The company announced fourth quarter and annual results, both of which exceeded expectations.
