Lime Energy Co. (NASDAQ: LIME) is up 3.2% premarket to $5.12, relative to a 52-week range of $2.77-$5.55.
RC2 Corporation (NASDAQ: RCRC) is up more than 11% premarket to $28.40, relative to a 52-week range of $14.53-$27.59. Japanese company Tomy agreed to buy the company for $27.90 per share.
