Active traders and day traders have many stocks to choose from this Tuesday morning.  We are tracking news and moves in shares of Star Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: CIGX), Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), and Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO). Most of the tech industry is down premarket as a result of increasing concerns about the stability of Japan.

Star Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: CIGX) is down nearly 13% on moderate volume to $3.04, relative to a 52-week range of $1.07-$3.84. Shares of CIGX are pulling back from a 52-week high yesterday, and are still above close price from Friday.

Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) is down 2.8% premarket to $17.34, relative to a 52-week range of $17.74-$27.74.

Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) is down 4.3% premarket to $16.57, within a 52-week range of $12.94-$19.12.
