Tivo, Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO) is up 16.5% premarket to $11.15, relative to a 52-week range of $6.92-$18.44. The company received a $500 million settlement in a lawsuit from Echostar (NASDAQ: SATS) and Dish Network (NASDAQ: DISH)
