CNinsure, Inc. (NASDAQ: CISG) is up more than 26% premarket to $16.62, relative to a 52-week range of $11.42-$28.14. The company has announced is is entering into a going private transaction.
Orthovita, Inc. (NASDAQ: VITA) is up more than 40% premarket to $3.83, relative to a 52-week range of $1.60-$3.54. Stryker has agreed to buy the company for $3.54 per share.
SIGA Technologies (NASDAQ: SIGA) is up 5% premarket to $14.90, relative to a 52-week range of $6.03-$15.66. The company just won a contract with the U.S. government to produce smallpox vaccines.
