Ness Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSTC) is up 14% premarket to $7.62, relative to a 52-week range of $4.12-$6.90. The company was purchased for just over $300 million by a venture capitalist affiliate of citigroup.
Silgan Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SLGN) is down nearly 4% to $41.80, relative to a 52-week range of $27.54-$46.79. The company’s offer for Graham Packaging (NYSE: GRM) has reportedly been outbid by a third party.
Vodafone Group Plc (NASDAQ: VOD) is up 2.2% premarket to $26.35, relative to a 52-week range of $20.35-$32.70.
