Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRMN) has been in a precarious situation due to its core product being under fire by free products, but at least one firm sees value and upside.  Zacks Investment Research has an Outperform rating and a $42.00 price target versus a consensus target from Thomson Reuters of $35.41 and versus a Monday close of $34.97.  This price target actually appears to be a street-high compared to other research calls.  FULL REPORT
