The stocks of troubled banks led the market. These shares have been off due to concerns about EU debt and poor earnings. The stock of Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) was up 4.9% to $5.43. Shares of Citigroup (NYSE: C) were up by 7.2% to $24.34. Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) was up by 7.8% to $14.28
