Facebook IPO Could Come Next Week (MS)

Social media company Facebook could file for an IPO as early as next week according to a report in The Wall Street Journal. The company has nearly settled on Morgan Stanely (NYSE: MS) as the lead underwriter for the offering. Facebook is said to be seeking a valuation of $75-$100 billion in the IPO.

At sharespost.com today, Facebook shares are trading at $35, yielding a valuation of $82.5 billion.
