A battle between Apple and Proview Technology over trademarks has cause more and more retailers in China to drop sales of the iPad. Apple faces the potential of having to fight the problem in the complex Chinese court system. There is no guarantee that the courts will be even handed in a case between a foreign company and one based in the People’s Republic.
