Ciena Corp. (NASDAQ: CIEN) raised to Buy at Jefferies.

Cirrus Logic Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS) started as Buy with $35 target at Canaccord Genuity.

Deere Inc. (NYSE: DE) raised to Overweight at Piper Jaffray.
