Shares of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: LGF) are up 12.64% to $16.45 on trading volume of 2.6 million shares. The company reported earnings of 53 cents a share, better than the 8 cents a share Wall Street analysts expected. The 52-week high is $17.02
Biggest Losers
Shares of Groupon, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) are down 28.06% to $2.82 on trading volume of 58.5 million shares. The company’s sales growth has slowed, and its third-quarter sales of $568.6 million were less than the $590.1 million Wall Street analysts expected. Before Friday, the 52-week low was $3.68.
Shares of J.C. Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE: JCP) are down 5.30% to $20.54 on trading volume of 22.7 million shares. The company lost 93 cents a share in the third-quarter, worse than the 7 cents a share Wall Street analysts expected. The 52-week low is $19.06.
