Innotrac Corp. (NASDAQ: INOC) is up 16% at $3.98.

And here are today’s five biggest losing stocks at closing:

Northern Technologies International Inc. (NASDAQ: NTIC) is down 17.6% at $10.75.

SemiLEDS Corp. (NASDAQ: LEDS) is down 17.5% at $1.18.
