Barclays PLC (NYSE: BCS) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Bernstein.

Covance Inc. (NYSE: CVD) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at BofA/Merrill Lynch, but it was upgraded to Overweight at a firm called First Analysis.

Enbridge Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE: EEP) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.

Entropic Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTR) has seen at least two downgrades after earnings: cut to Neutral at Mizuho and a cut to Hold at Benchmark.

Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.

J.C. Penney Co. Inc. (NYSE: JCP) was downgraded to Sell from Neutral at Citigroup.

Papa John’s International Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZA) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at KeyBanc.

Raymond James Financial Inc. (NYSE: RJF) was downgraded to Neutral From Positive at Susquehanna.
