Volume was nearly 5 times the daily average of around 9.8 million shares traded. The company warned on earnings yesterday and investors are still fleeing the stock.
Seagate Technology PLC (NASDAQ: STX) dropped more than 15% on Thursday to post a new 52-week low at $40.52 after closing at $47.80 on Wednesday. The stock’s 52-week high is $69.40.
