Cramer: IAC/Interactive is #2 Google Replacement (IACI, GOOG)

Cramer changed his stance on Google (GOOG-NASDAQ) on tonight’s MAD MONEY on CNBC.  The number 3 Internet stock he gave was Yahoo! (YHOO-NASDAQ) and you can read about that here.

His #2 favorite replacement for IAC/Interactive (IACI-NASDAQ).  This has gone up big since his first pick on it and he was in praise of Barry Diller.  If you will read here you will see we noted that Barry Diller was one of the most entrenched CEO’s on Wall Street.  He likes the brands that IACI owns.  He noted that it quietly builds brands and will make this a money-maker just like tickets and dating.  He thinks that the Home Shopping Network is the only thing holding it down.  All of their businesses do better on the Internet than they did before and he believes that Diller can take this higher per his promise.  Cramer also likes the buy-back that they are doing on the stock.
