Amendment sets $5-$7 range for 3.1 million shares

The domestic laser uranium enrichment story now has a price: $5 to $7 on 3.1 million shares, or up to about $21.7 million before expenses. Titan Partners Securities and Northland Capital Markets are running the Nasdaq deal, which puts a public valuation on a company that has pledged more than $1 billion toward a Tennessee enrichment facility.

Retail rug pulled the rug pullers

why would you all do this to me

Retail just unloaded more stock in a single session than at any point since the COVID crash, and the crowd that usually buys every dip is cheering itself for selling. Retail capitulation has historically marked turning points, so treat this as a sentiment signal worth tracking either way.

A 4.43% single-session slide is rare air for a defensive water-treatment compounder that usually trades in quiet increments, lopping close to $4 billion off its market cap. Whether $304 holds is the level to keep an eye on.

A 4.23% slide to $227.72 lands the same day the bank disclosed that CFO Robert Q. Reilly shifts to Executive Vice Chairman on March 1, 2027, with Alexander Overstrom taking the finance seat. Rare size for a move like this, so keep an eye on the stock into the open.
