LIS Technologies is offering 3.1 million shares at $5 to $7 each on Nasdaq, moving a closely watched private venture meaningfully closer to a tradeable public listing.
The company is developing domestic laser-based uranium enrichment technology, an approach that differs from the conventional gas centrifuge method used by established enrichers. LIS Technologies has pledged more than $1 billion toward a dedicated enrichment facility in Tennessee, far beyond what it is raising from public investors now.

Titan Partners Securities and Northland Capital Markets are co-managing the offering, handling the bookbuilding that will set the final price. No final price has been set as of this filing amendment.
The gap between this modest raise and the billion-dollar facility pledge is the central tension for investors, since the IPO proceeds alone would not fund the Tennessee project. Expect additional capital raises after listing.
