Moderna was the standout performer across the entire list, clearing its prior 52-week high by 16.24% to reach $218.01. That kind of distance above a prior peak is a signal of genuine momentum rather than a marginal breakout, and it puts the stock in rare company among this week's names.
Energy was the dominant theme among the week's new highs. Suncor, BP, Shell, Phillips 66, Petrobras, and Exxon Mobil all pushed through their previous peaks in the same week, a degree of sector-wide strength that is unusual and suggests the move is driven by something broader than a single company's news.
The energy breakouts were led by Suncor, which cleared its old high by 8.6%, with Exxon, BP, Shell, and Phillips 66 all topping their prior marks as well.
Box and DocuSign also appeared on the list, with Box topping its prior high by 8.95% and DocuSign clearing its previous peak as well. With 54 stocks hitting fresh highs, the breadth of the move matters.
