Gilbert Ray Cisneros, Jr., a California House member who previously served as a Pentagon undersecretary, filed a single disclosure covering 57 separate transactions that had already settled.
The heaviest buying was concentrated in semiconductors and electronics manufacturing. NXP, ON Semiconductor, and Benchmark Electronics all appeared among the larger purchases, with Benchmark Electronics carrying the highest disclosed amount range in the visible portion of the filing.
Most of the transactions shown fell in the $1K to $15K range, and the buys spanned sectors well beyond chips, including Abbott Laboratories, Alkermes, AppLovin, and Balchem.
Several trades were routed through the 150 Main Street Trust, a Bank of America-administered vehicle, placing part of the activity in a trust structure. One partial sale also appeared in the filing, covering medical device company AtriCure.
