John Ricciuti has been added to TJX Companies' officer roster with the title of Senior Executive Vice President and Group President, which means every trade he makes in company stock must now be disclosed publicly on Form 4 filings with the SEC.

His first Form 4 will reveal how much of his compensation package Ricciuti actually holds in company shares, the clearest early signal of how aligned a new executive's interests are with those of outside shareholders.

TJX carries a market capitalization of roughly $160 billion, making it the dominant name in off-price retail. A Group President at a company this size typically oversees a major division, so the scale of his equity stake will carry real interpretive weight when it surfaces.

From October 21, 2026 forward, Ricciuti's buying and selling is on the public record, a window into the division's leadership that did not exist before.
