Ameresco reported Q2 2026 revenue of $515.5 million, clearing the consensus estimate of $460.7 million by nearly 12%. The earnings picture was similarly clean: non-GAAP EPS of $0.20 came in just ahead of the $0.1998 estimate, extending a recent streak of beats that includes Q2 2025, Q3 2025, Q4 2025, and now this quarter.

The headline number behind the quarter is $1.2 billion in data center power awards booked in a single three-month stretch. Management has identified behind-the-meter generation — supplying power directly to sites that cannot access the grid — as its primary growth engine, a positioning that puts Ameresco squarely in the path of surging demand from hyperscale and colocation operators struggling to secure reliable electricity.

On the back of those results, management raised its full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance to a range of $1.15 to $1.35. Investors will be watching whether the data center award pipeline continues to convert at this pace and whether behind-the-meter project margins hold as the company scales that segment.
