Amplitude reported Q3 2026 revenue of $110.6 million, beating the $107.0 million consensus and growing 25% year over year. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.04 came in above the $0.03 estimate, marking a sharp improvement from the losses the company posted across much of the prior four quarters.

Profitability was the quarter's standout. Non-GAAP operating income reached $5.65 million, pushing the non-GAAP operating margin to the highest level in company history. Sales and marketing spending also fell sharply as a share of revenue.

Enterprise momentum is the clearest driver behind both the revenue beat and the margin expansion. Customers spending $100,000 or more in annual recurring revenue rose 31% to 855, and total ARR climbed to $431 million. Remaining performance obligations also expanded, giving visibility into near-term revenue continuity.

On the product side, Amplitude made several moves during the quarter aimed at capturing demand around AI-assisted development. Agent Analytics reached general availability in August, Headless Amplitude launched in September combining an improved MCP server and developer tools, and Amplitude Wave entered closed beta with connections to GitHub Copilot and Statsig. CEO Spenser Skates described the strategic rationale as helping customers understand what to build next as the pace of AI-driven code shipping accelerates.

GAAP results remained in the red, with a net loss of $24.5 million after stock-based compensation excluded from the non-GAAP figures. Cash and equivalents fell year over year while total liabilities rose, factors worth monitoring alongside the improving operating metrics.

For Q4 2026, management guided revenue of $110.8 to $113.2 million and non-GAAP EPS of $0.05 to $0.06. Full-year 2026 guidance calls for revenue of $415.8 to $418.2 million, implying continued sequential margin improvement through year end.
