Antero Resources Q3 2026 EPS of $1.19 tops expectations on lower costs
As seen on the 24/7 Wall St. homepage on October 28, 2026.

Antero Resources posted Q3 2026 GAAP earnings per share of $1.19, exceeding expectations on cost control. Cash production expense fell to $2.05 per Mcfe from $2.44 a year ago.
Revenue of $1.56 billion came in below expectations even as it rose roughly 38% year over year, with settled hedges carrying the realized gas price.
Adjusted Net Income of $255.9 million is the cleaner read, since GAAP net income leans on derivative fair value gains and equity earnings.

Low regional pricing is set to force 15 to 20 Bcfe of Q4 production curtailments, pushing cash production expense back up.
The $300 million margin enhancement initiative anchors the longer-term case, but net debt has risen to $2.78 billion from $1.31 billion a year ago. That leverage is worth tracking into 2027.
