Applied Materials posted fiscal third-quarter revenue of $9.12 billion, growing 24.8% year over year, with adjusted EPS exceeding expectations. That marks the fifth consecutive quarter the company has topped EPS expectations.

China's share of revenue eased to 28% from 35%, while the United States nearly doubled its contribution. That rebalancing reduces exposure to export-control risk even as total revenue climbs, and management raised its Semiconductor Systems revenue expectations for all of calendar 2026.

For Q4, management guided revenue to $10.25 billion, implying continued sequential acceleration. CEO Gary Dickerson pointed to increased demand visibility from customers and said the company expects another strong growth year in 2027.
