Arrow Electronics reported record quarterly revenue of $10.72 billion in Q3 2026, exceeding the Wall Street consensus of $10.01 billion and surging 39% year over year. Adjusted EPS of $6.22 topped the $4.965 estimate, marking the fourth consecutive quarter in which the company has beaten EPS expectations. GAAP diluted EPS came in at $6.17, with the non-GAAP figure reflecting adjustments for items including intangible amortization and restructuring charges.
The Global Components segment led the quarter, with revenue up 43% and operating margin widening to 5.2% from 3.6% a year earlier. Interim CEO Bill Austen attributed the performance to broad-based demand across geographies, customer segments, and industry verticals, with a growing backlog and book-to-bill ratios described as well above parity. Americas Components led regionally with revenue growth of 58.2%, while Asia-Pacific Components and EMEA Components rose 33.2% and 41.1%, respectively.
Global Enterprise Computing Solutions also contributed meaningfully, with revenue up 28.7% to $2.78 billion and operating income rising 54% year over year. Customer investment in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and hybrid infrastructure drove the demand, though the segment's gross margin edged down to 10.1% from 10.5%. EMEA ECS gross billings rose 22%, outpacing the segment's overall revenue gain.

Arrow's Q4 2026 guidance raises the stakes further. Management set a revenue range of $11.55 billion to $12.15 billion and guided non-GAAP diluted EPS of $7.00 to $7.20, well above the $6.22 just delivered. The company flagged an expected foreign currency headwind of roughly $88 million to Q4 sales compared with the year-ago period, along with a $0.14 per-share currency drag on diluted EPS.
One risk worth monitoring is cash flow. Despite the strong income statement results, operating cash flow was negative $441 million in the quarter, reflecting heavy working capital investment as the company builds inventory to meet surging demand. Arrow repurchased $93 million of shares during Q3, signaling confidence in the balance sheet, though the cash outflow dynamic is something investors will want to track as growth continues to accelerate.
