Atmus Filtration Technologies delivered adjusted earnings per share of $0.77 in its third quarter of 2026, beating the consensus estimate of $0.73. Revenue of $510 million also came in above expectations, with net sales rising 13.9% year over year, a pace that outpaced what analysts had been modeling heading into the report.

The Koch Filter acquisition was the primary engine behind that top-line acceleration. Koch Filter's commercial and industrial HVAC, data center, and power generation filtration business now operates as Atmus's newly formed Industrial Solutions segment, which generated $41.9 million in revenue during the quarter, while the legacy Power Solutions segment, home to the Fleetguard brand, contributed the rest. Koch Filter also helped gross margin widen to 30.3% from 28.9% a year earlier, though higher interest expense tied to long-term debt weighed on results below the operating line.

Management responded to the strong quarter by raising its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $2.90 to $3.05 and lifting its total net sales outlook to $2.01 billion to $2.04 billion. The board moved in parallel, authorizing a new $300 million share repurchase program on November 4, 2026, replacing a prior $150 million authorization from July 2024 under which $20 million was repurchased in Q3 alone. CEO Steph Disher described the expanded buyback as a reflection of the company's cash generation and outlook, saying the capital allocation focus will be on investing for growth and returning cash to shareholders.

Free cash flow of $87.2 million, up 26.56% year over year, underpins those commitments alongside operating cash flow. Capital expenditures fell, leaving the company generating cash well in excess of what it spends to maintain operations. The quarterly dividend was also raised 9% to $0.06 per share during the period.

The Industrial Solutions segment is worth watching as a longer-term signal. Atmus is guiding for $160 million to $165 million in Industrial Solutions net sales for the full year, a business line that sits squarely in front of two of the highest-growth infrastructure themes in the market: data center expansion and power generation filtration. How quickly that segment scales relative to the more mature Power Solutions business will shape how investors think about Atmus's growth profile over coming quarters.
