Blue Owl Capital reported Q3 2026 revenue of $806.53 million, beating expectations. Adjusted EPS of $0.24 also came in above estimates.

The engine behind both beats was Real Assets, where revenue surged 74% in the quarter. Segment AUM grew 27% to $94.9 billion.

Credit segment revenue slipped 2% year over year, with fee-paying AUM flat as distributions and redemptions offset inflows. That drag was more than offset at the firm level. It is the pressure point investors will be watching in coming quarters.

Firm-wide, new capital commitments reached $12.6 billion for the quarter, including institutional equity fundraising that management described as a record. Blue Owl also noted that $36.3 billion of AUM is not yet paying fees, a pipeline it expects to eventually contribute roughly $402 million in annual fee-related earnings once deployed.

Fee-related earnings rose 14% year over year to $427.5 million, and the FRE margin expanded to 58.8%, so the platform is generating more profit per dollar of revenue even as Credit faces headwinds. The company reaffirmed its $0.92 annual dividend for 2026, with the next quarterly payment scheduled for November 23 to holders of record as of November 10.
