Cadre Holdings reported Q3 2026 revenue of $202.9 million, beating the $190.5 million consensus and marking a 30% increase from the same quarter a year ago. GAAP earnings per share came in at $0.37, topping the $0.34 analyst estimate.

The TYR Tactical acquisition contributed $31.2 million to the quarter, alongside stronger demand for explosive ordnance disposal products. Gross margin and Adjusted EBITDA margin both expanded, topping management's own guidance, and net income rose 46% year over year.

The board authorized an inaugural $100 million share repurchase program on November 4, 2026, representing roughly 7.5% of market cap. The program allows buybacks through open market purchases, block trades, privately negotiated transactions, and Rule 10b5-1 plans. The company also declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable November 13 to shareholders of record as of October 30.

Cadre raised its full-year 2026 guidance for the second consecutive quarter, lifting the floor of both its net sales and Adjusted EBITDA ranges. CEO Warren Kanders cited geopolitical uncertainty, evolving public-safety requirements, and nuclear infrastructure investment as enduring demand drivers behind the increase.

The company missed estimates in Q4 2024 and Q4 2025 but has beaten in four of the last five quarters, including by wide margins in Q3 2025 and Q1 2026. The back-to-back guidance raises and the buyback authorization reducing available float give investors two reasons to keep an eye on the stock heading into year-end.
