Celestica posted Q3 2026 revenue of $5.83 billion, beating expectations for the sixth consecutive quarter and showing that AI hardware demand is still running ahead of what Wall Street models.

The Connectivity and Cloud Solutions segment more than doubled year over year as hyperscalers and frontier AI labs kept pouring capital into AI infrastructure and high-speed networking hardware, lifting adjusted operating margin to a company record 8.5%.

Celestica raised its full-year 2026 revenue target to $21.0 billion and lifted adjusted EPS guidance, then introduced an initial 2027 outlook calling for $40.0 billion in revenue, roughly double the raised 2026 figure, with adjusted operating margin of 9.0%.

CEO Rob Mionis described customer demand forecasts for 2028 as meaningfully higher still than the 2027 revenue outlook, framing the current environment as an ongoing AI infrastructure supercycle. Among the growth initiatives underpinning those projections are 800G and 1.6T networking program ramps, new AI compute programs, and data center power infrastructure development.

To fund the accelerating buildout, Celestica raised gross proceeds of $3.45 billion in a public share offering during the quarter and plans a sharp step up in 2027 capital spending. The company also intends to file notice with the TSX for a new normal-course issuer bid in Q4 2026, allowing it to repurchase up to 2.5% of its public float over the following twelve months.
