Cerebras Systems posted Q2 2026 revenue of $180.11 million, up 74.3% year over year while missing the consensus estimate, and the guidance update is what holders need to weigh now.
The GAAP loss of $2.98 per share against an estimate of $0.18 carries $377 million in stock-based compensation, a non-cash charge that distorts the reported figure without changing the underlying business trajectory.
Beneath the GAAP layer, core revenue grew 103% year over year as demand for fast AI inference accelerated across Cerebras's customer base, with the cloud and other services segment leading the expansion.

Cerebras raised its full-year 2026 core revenue outlook to $880 to $890 million and plans to more than triple revenue in 2027, a target it backs with $25.4 billion in remaining performance obligations.
CEO Andrew Feldman said core revenue more than doubled to $210 million and the cloud business nearly quadrupled year over year. Partners named in the outlook include OpenAI, AWS, AMD, and CrowdStrike, with disaggregated inference slated for Amazon Bedrock in Q1 2027.
