Climb Global Solutions posted Q3 2026 revenue of $220.3 million, beating expectations and setting records for net sales, gross profit, and net income. Nineteen of its top 20 vendors grew sequentially, so the outperformance does not rest on one relationship.
Gross billings, the metric Climb leads with, climbed 40% to $706.37 million. CEO Dale Foster credited organic growth across North America and Europe plus the interworks.cloud acquisition completed earlier in 2026.

Shortly after the quarter closed, Climb acquired France-based NeoVAD for approximately $18 million, extending its European footprint with a complementary reseller network and vendor portfolio. Foster also cited early progress with newer vendors including Fortinet and Darktrace.
Management gave no numeric guidance for the rest of 2026 but expects a record year, pointing to $66.9 million in cash. Flagged risks include integrating NeoVAD and interworks.cloud at once, tariff exposure, and IT infrastructure investment costs. Investors keeping an eye on the stock should track whether sequential vendor growth holds into Q4.
