Cohen & Steers Real Assets Active ETF (CSRA) is a multi-asset fund targeting real assets, carrying a net expense ratio of 0.80%. That makes it the firm's priciest active ETF slot yet, a notable positioning choice at a moment when fee competition across the active ETF market is intensifying and many issuers are racing toward lower cost structures.
The 0.80% figure puts CSRA at the higher end of the active ETF fee spectrum, which means Cohen & Steers is betting that a differentiated real assets mandate — spanning asset classes rather than a single sector — can justify the premium to investors weighing alternatives.
Joining it on the same launch day is the LionShares U.S. Equity Total Return ETF (TOT), rounding out a two-fund addition to the active lineup. No expense ratio has been disclosed for TOT at this stage.
